About Us

JRH Contracting is a small business based in Ingatestone, Essex. The business was founded in January 2016 by James Hayward. 

James is a 4th generation farmer who was brought up on the family farm. After studying at Writtle collage, James went on to work on various farms to gain valuable experience to bring to the contracting business.

We are a rapidly growing business, which strives to give the best service possible to the customer, we aim to work with the customer and offer advice to achieve customer satisfaction. 

We treat each job as if it was on our own farm, and take pride in our work.

We run a fleet of modern tractors and well maintained machines, our reputation is important to us, and we believe well maintained machines are the key to reliability. As the business  grows and develops so does the machinery and services we offer. 

We cover most of Essex and have been known to travel further afield. As the business grows we are expanding our machinery and services, however if you require something we currently don't offer , we work with a number of other contractors across Essex and would be happy to offer assistance in connecting you.
